Marlins trade for Jeff Abbott

Wait, the Marlins still have a team?  This is the first move they've made since they ripped off six straight wins to end the 2000 campaign, but it's far from an impact move to build the strides made last season.  Abbott will be the fourth outfielder, but he can play left, right, or center, and is cheaper and younger than departing incumbent Henry Rodriguez, although not nearly as good.  Of course, that seems to be the theme in Miami these days: "cheaper, younger, less productive."  Ho hum.
