Pirates sign Terry Mulholland for 2 years, $6 million

I can't believe Mulholland is only 37 years old (or will be at the start of the season).  He's a slightly below-average starter at this point, but the Pirates are always in need of more starters, given their starters' injury troubles.  If by some miracle all the Pirates starters stay healthy, Mulholland can move to the swing role, which he occupied with the Braves at various times.  It's not a great signing - the Pirates have better places to spend their money - but it's not a huge investment.  Mulholland will give them some innings while the Pirates hopefully figure out what's going wrong with their team.
