Angels sign Pat Rapp for 1 year, $2 million

"Pat Rapp, you managed to escape the Baltimore Orioles!  What are you going to do?"  He's going to Disneyland!  Only this trip won't be a whole lot more fun than a year in Baltimore.  Rapp becomes the veteran of the Anaheim staff - unless 93-year-old Tim Belcher makes the team in Spring Training - but there really isn't much that he brings to the table. His lifetime ERA is a respectable 4.67, but his K/BB ratio is less than stellar (1.21) and he hasn't had a winning record since 1995.  No wonder Anaheim will be the sixth team he's played for since then.
