Astros sign Jose Viscaino for 1 year, $1.5 million

This might be the bitterness from seeing Viscaino hurt the Mets talking, but paying $1.5 million for a backup infielder doesn't seem to be the smartest move to start with after coming off a very disappointing season. Sure, the goggles look cool, but he's not going to help the Astros much more than a AAA shortstop would.
